Who I Am

Hi I'm Gabi, a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer I'm here to help you excel your training through Online Coaching wherever in the world you are!

My fitness journey is somewhat different to other PTs as I have gone from being overweight to having eating disorders to finally being happy in my body, having overcome it all!

This means I completely understand the different feelings of frustrations along a fitness journey, but more importantly know how to overcome them!

I've been training for over 10 years myself now so have an extensive understanding of machines, exercises and training, and am qualified in Fitness Nutrition. I used to be sucked in to all the FAD diets going, (which led to my eating disorder), but now through my own personal need and want to understand nutrition I can confidently say I do - which i want to pass on to you.

I’ve been qualified for almost 3 years now and do this on the side of a 9-5 office job. For me there is no better feeling of being fit and strong and the underrated mental benefits that this brings; as well as creating an environment that makes my clients not only confident in their training, but also truly enjoying it!
